Your experience…..time to fly before you lunch! Leaving from Stellenbosch Flying Club, fly over the breathtaking Winelands and then be treated to an adrenaline-filled low-level flight over the sea… in a 1955 Cessna 180 classic Traildragger or 1957 RAF De Havilland Chipmunk ( Land at Stellenbosch Flying Club).
Then move on to ‘Rust en Vrede’ wine estate to enjoy a ‘Winemaker’s Lunch’ at The Tasting room (with a choice of Sirloin or Salmon) and a complimentary bottle of 5 star wine with lunch – and two bottles take home (red or white) as a memory of the special day!

Accommodation from 15 March 2020 onwards, and there are some blocked out periods.
Flight and lunch is for TWO people. Guests must get themselves to the Stellenbosch Flying Club for the flight and home from ‘Rust and Vrede.’ The flight (and routing) is approximately 45 minutes long and is weather-dependent. A time and day suitable for both the guests and the pilot must be agreed upon. The meal offered will be the ‘Winemakers Lunch’ at the estate’s Tasting Room
